Ginninderra at National Age
Our team of Bec Cross, Kayla Hardy, Anna Varela, Lukah Tuan and Laura Sutton did our club proud at the Georgian Hope Australian Age Nationals in Adelaide. Full results and records will be available soon.
There were some great pbs and fantastic results.
Bec won two gold medals (100m breast and 200m IM), bronze in the 400m IM and 4th in the 200m breast.
Kayla won a bronze medal in the 100m fly, 4th in the 200m and 400m IM’s and 6th in the 200m fly.
Anna was our other swimmer to get a top 10 placing coming 9th in the 800m free.
Lukah Swam a teriffic PB the 100m breaststroke in her first National age.
Laura had gutsy swims close to her PB's in the 100m amd 200m breastroke.
Our National team was expertly coached and inspired by Coach Jim Fowlie. Congratulations to our coach and all our swimmers for their fantastic results at this National level meet!!
